Order Processing
We try to process orders the same day they are placed, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. However, because we work quickly to get your order out, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once your order is confirmed.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email within 1–2 business days after placing your order.
Shipping Times
We ship from Reno, NV, and aim to ship orders within 1 business day. Once your package is with UPS, standard ground shipping typically takes about 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Preorders
If your order includes preorder items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the preorder items arrive.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is in UPS’s hands, it’s officially on its way! If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you can’t find your package, or if it seems to be delayed, we recommend contacting your local UPS office first — they’re usually great at helping track things down quickly.
